ERIK TEN HAG has been spotted for the first time since returning to Holland following his release from Manchester United.
The manager was finally relieved of his duties at Old Trafford earlier this week after the club’s terrible start to the season.
The Red Devils had only won three league games this season under the Dutchman, which was their worst start ever.
And, with the Red Devils sitting 13th in the Premier League, club officials decided they needed to take action.
The final nail in the coffin came when Ten Hag’s team lost 2-1 to West Ham at the London Stadium.
Despite dominating the contest, his side failed to capitalize on their opportunities, and a Jarrod Bowen penalty sealed the defeat.
After being fired, Ten Hag, 54, boarded a private jet back to his native Holland.
But it appears that he has no intention of taking a break from football.
In actuality, Ten Hag waited only a few days to attend a Dutch Eredivisie match between Heracles Almelo and NAC Breda.
Brian De Keersmaecker scored twice for Heracles at the Erve Asito stage, giving them a 2-0 victory.
Sjors Blaauw, an ESPN analyst, referred to Ten Hag during his coverage.

He responded, “Of course Erik ten Hag has time. He’s utilizing that time to watch a good football game in Almelo.”

Despite their victory, the club wasted no time in naming a full-time replacement to take charge at Old Trafford.
Ruben Amorim of Sporting Lisbon has agreed to take over the post on a term until 2027.
Amorim, 39, has committed to a £6.5 million-a-year contract and claims he turned down three times that amount from another club that satisfied his £8.3 million buy-out clause.
However, he stated that he did not take the choice to leave Sporting lightly.
He stated: “United came along, paid the clause, went above the clause, and the chairman maintained his interests.
“The only request I made to United was that it be after the end of the season, but they said it wasn’t possible, and that it was now or never.
“I had three days to make a life-changing decision. This isn’t the first time another team has paid my clause.
“Nor is it the second. It’s incredibly difficult for me to leave.
“The club understood that if I turned it down, I wouldn’t get it in six months.
“And I knew that after six months, I’d know that I’d be leaving Sporting. United was the only club I wanted and felt moved by.
“It came to the point where I had to make a decision—and I did. Now I’m heading home considerably more calm.
“I’d make three times more with the last team that offered to pay my clause. I gave everything I had to the club.
“I changed my mind a few times. My first concern is not to harm the sporting team. And we shall see later. I’ll be concerned about that when I’m at United.”
