Kalvin Phillips is joining Ipswich Town. The parties have signed the agreement, and Phillips has been booked for medical examinations.

According to the initial arrangement, Manchester City’s loan deal did not include a buy option. 
Phillips is ready to sign later today provided all goes as planned.
