Predrag Mijatovic admonished Vinicius Junior for celebrating his goal, and he has been warned that Real Madrid fans will be “upset” by it.

In an interview with Sport, Mijatovic criticised Vinicius’ goal celebration, saying, “He’s throwing stones at his own roof.” He is tossing stones, especially given the circumstances. He must take this measure and eventually relax. Despite our excitement with the goal, the celebration left us feeling let down. Why does he need this? He’s done significant damage to himself. Many Real Madrid supporters I speak with like him, but we are all saddened by his behaviour.”

FUTURE ACTIONS FOR VINICUS?It will be interesting to see if Vinicius follows Mijatovic’s advice and modifies his strategy when he plays in a hostile away venue the next time. On Tuesday, he faces Stuttgart in the Champions League at the Santiago Bernabeu.
