Antony, a Manchester United attacker, is engaged to his childhood girlfriend Rosilene Silva.

The 24-year-old crimson Devils winger planned a grandiose proposal, laying out roses and a crimson carpet lined with candles leading to a heart-shaped flower arrangement.

Behind it were the words “Casa Comigo?” which translates as “Marry Me?”

Fortunately for the Manchester United guy, Rosilene replied yes as he planted a kiss on his fiancee’s cheek.

And they posted three photos of the proposal on Instagram as they plan to marry after having two children together.

Rosilene captioned the images: “What God has in store for us is far more than we can imagine.” ️”

Rosilene and Antony met while they were only teenagers.

It is said that the two met while attending school in Sao Paulo.

As Antony advanced through the young teams, their romance developed.

Antony’s personal joy coincides with uncertainty in his Manchester United career.

Antony scored just two goals in the Premier League last season.

Since moving to England from Ajax for £85.5 million in 2022, he has scored 11 goals and assisted five in 83 games for Manchester United.

He has just played one minute this season, coming on as a substitute in a 2-1 defeat to Brighton.
