MAR BLIMEY: Marcus Rashford posts training video during break after England snub, with Man Utd fans saying ‘hat-trick incoming’

FANS are certain Marcus Rashford will display his finest form after sharing a training video of himself over the international break.

The Manchester United forward was left out of interim manager Lee Carsley’s squad for England’s Nations League games against Ireland and Finland.

He has failed to score this season for Manchester United.

Rashford has gained 60 caps for England and scored 17 goals.

However, his last outing for the Three Lions came as a substitute in a 1-0 loss to Brazil last March.

Former England manager Gareth Southgate left the misfiring forward out of his Euro 2024 squad.

Southgate instead chose Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon and West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen ahead of Rashford.

Rashford has made three appearances for Manchester United this season.

However, he has not been in his greatest form, failing to score or assist in a single goal.

This has not helped under-pressure Erik ten Hag, as the team has lost two of three games.

The Red Devils’ solitary victory came on the first day against Fulham, followed by defeats to Brighton and Hove Albion and Liverpool.
