What happened?

Al-Nassr is considering Antony for a new winger position this summer, and an initial offer has been made, according to Football Insider. The Saudis were interested in Barcelona’s Raphinha, but are now claimed to have switched their focus to Antony, who played alongside Ronaldo for the Red Devils during the first half of the 2022-23 season.

Antony has had a horrible stint at United, having joined for a record £85 million ($108 million) in 2022. In 82 appearances, he has only 16 goals or assists, and United will undoubtedly suffer greatly if he departs.

Although United want to sell Antony this summer, Football Insider reports that they are willing to let him depart on loan as long as his £100,000-per-week salary are paid. He has three years left on his contract, so a short relocation may make more financial sense.
