Jude Bellingham is following in Cristiano Ronaldo’s footsteps by announcing the opening of his new YouTube account.
The England superstar is presently recovering from an injury that has forced him to miss Real Madrid’s previous matches as well as the Three Lions’ international break.
However, Bellingham has kept active during his rehabilitation and has now launched a new YouTube channel, just weeks after Ronaldo swept the internet video platform by storm.
Ronaldo has had a stratospheric climb on YouTube, becoming the fastest growing user on the platform to reach 1 million followers in just 90 minutes, and now has over 57 million. Bellingham now wants to do the same.
The 21-year-old has grown up in an era of rising YouTube personalities, and the introduction of his new channel revealed how he plans to provide fans with insight into his first year at Real Madrid as well as England’s Euro 2024 trip.

Bellingham won the LaLiga title and the Champions League in his first season with the Spanish club before helping England reach the European Championship final, where they were defeated by Spain.
The former Birmingham prodigy’s new web channel was announced just one day after being named to a 30-man shortlist of Ballon d’Or nominees.
Bellingham released a video to his 36.5 million Instagram followers to celebrate the launch of his YouTube channel, saying: ‘Hi everybody, it’s Jude Bellingham here.
‘I’ve heard YouTube is where it’s at so I’ve decided to start my own channel and starting from September 12 I’ll be releasing an episode a week of a behind-the-scenes documentary we’ve been filming of my first year at Madrid.
‘The highs, the lows, the Champions League, the Euros and everything in between.

Two videos have since been published on his YouTube channel with a trailer for his documentary called ‘Out of the Floodlights’
‘Don’t forget to press the link in my bio and subscribe,’ he said while posing with a thumbs up.
His YouTube channel has since received over 100,000 followers after releasing two videos, including a trailer for his documentary ‘Out of the Floodlights’.
Because of YouTube’s global breadth, players can reach a large audience without having to collaborate with established broadcasters while creating their own content.
YouTube’s most subscribed channel, Mr Beast, reportedly earned more than £50 million last year.
