After Raul left in 2010, Cristiano Ronaldo—who came from Manchester United in 2009—was allocated the No. 7 jersey. Once he started wearing the shirt, he developed into a Real Madrid hero.

With 450 goals in 438 games, Los Blancos’ all-time greatest scorer is Portuguese. Among other things, he was indispensable for the four UEFA Champions League trophies the Spanish powerhouse claimed.

Football players such as Vinicius have found motivation over years from the five-time Ballon d’Or winner. Recently seen on the Brazilian winger was a large silver pendant in the form of a “7”. Thousands of tiny marks of Cristiano Ronaldo’s famous “SIUUU” celebration could be found on the reverse of the pendant.
