Cristiano Ronaldo stormed off the pitch after Al-Nassr was defeated in the Saudi Super Cup final.
He also refused to collect his runners-up medal after a 4-1 loss to Al-Hilal on Saturday night.
Ronaldo had started the scoring, but four goals in 17 minutes flipped the game on its head.
His frustrations were exacerbated at the trophy ceremony, when Al-Hilal captain Salem Al-Dawsari mimicked Lionel Messi’s celebration from the 2022 World Cup trophy presentation.
It came after the crowd yelled “Messi, Messi, Messi” at Ronaldo throughout the game.
The 39-year-old was unhappy with his teammates, accusing them of “sleeping” after they conceded.
He was observed waving in the centre circle, raising his arms in the air and shrugging his shoulders.
Ronaldo even pretended to sleep during his heated rant before the game resumed.
After the game, the veteran forward rushed down the tunnel and refused to take his runners-up medal.
Instead, Al-Hilal celebrated on the pitch of the Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Stadium in Abha.
Al-Dawsari even copied Messi by lifting the trophy in front of his teammates.
The winger bobbed from side to side with the trophy before raising it aloft.

His theatrics were similar to Messi’s after Argentina won the World Cup final against France in 2022.
Al-Hilal won the Super Cup with second-half goals from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Malcom, following an Aleksandar Mitrovic brace.
Ronaldo had given Al-Nassr the lead before their second-half collapse.
His strike came after another goal in the semi-final triumph over Al-Taawoun.
The former Manchester United attacker has 60 goals in 66 games for Al-Nassr since joining the club in January 2023.
