Beginning of a new era! Kylian Mbappe exercises with his Real Madrid teammates for the first time since clinching spectacular move, with superstar expected to make his debut in the Super Cup final

Kylian Mbappe practiced with his Real Madrid teammates for the first time since joining the club in the summer, and he is set to make his official debut soon.

Mbappe, who captained France during Euro 2024 before returning to Spain for a break, enjoyed seven trophy-laden years with PSG before deciding to start a new chapter.

Photos posted on social media show the forward laughing alongside Carlo Ancelotti and Jude Bellingham during the practice at Madrid’s Valdebebas headquarters.

Earlier in the day, Mbappe signed autographs for fans before heading inside the cutting-edge facility to put on his workout gear.

Bellingham, Dani Carvajal, Federico Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni, Ferland Mendy, and Eduardo Camavinga soon followed the 25-year-old.

All seven players are thought to have done fitness work indoors.

They will, however, train with the rest of the first-team starting on Thursday, when the squad’s pre-season tour of the United States is done.

Antonio Pintus, Mbappe’s fitness coach, put him on a stringent summer regimen to guarantee he is ready to go for the new season.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, the ace posted four images from his first practice with the club with the caption ‘Day One, Hala Madrid!’.

He was officially presented to an enthusiastic Madrid audience at the Bernabeu on July 16, but has yet to appear in any pre-season friendly.

Mbappe was not chosen to the squad for Barcelona’s defeat in New Jersey, and he also missed yesterday’s friendly win over Chelsea.

Bellingham and Mbappe have recently resumed to training after being given summer holidays.

Madrid’s next game, and the frontman’s expected debut, is against Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup final, and Ancelotti expects him to play.

‘Mbappe can obviously play in the Super Cup from the start,’ Ancelotti told Mundo Deportivo. ‘Jude Bellingham too and others.

‘They are prepared, they have followed a plan and will all play.’

Mbappe won 15 trophies during his time at PSG, but he failed to win a continental title with the Ligue 1 heavyweights.

However, he has the potential to win his first European title in his debut for Madrid.
