The 49-year-old former England football star is enjoying a romantic getaway with his Spice Girl wife, Victoria, 50. Their Italian vacation recently featured a lunch at their favorite spot, Lo Scoglio Restaurant in Nerano, where the couple shared some affectionate moments before heading back to their yacht.

To escape the sweltering heat, David was seen diving into the sea from his yacht, pulling up his blue swimming shorts to reveal his impressive thigh tattoos. After his swim, he took a shower on the deck, showcasing his chiseled body.

Earlier this month, the couple celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a special dinner at a pub in London.
