His application states that the proposed garden machinery shop will be used mostly in connection with the main residence.

“It will serve as a machinery store for tractors, lawn mowers, and other machinery required to manage the garden and grounds”

Becks also intends to build a wooden office on the property that blends in with the surrounding scenery.
