The pair, who have apparently been together since they were teenagers, announced the news on their Instagram.

Sky News has reported that footballer Jack Grealish and his partner Sasha Attwood are expecting their first child.

The pair, both 28, announced the news on their Instagram profiles.

“Life’s biggest blessing,” wrote Grealish, posting a photograph of himself hugging Attwood from behind, with both their hands over her pregnancy bump.

Grealish’s Manchester City teammate Erling Haaland posted two heart emojis in response to the news.

“Congratulations,” replied England captain Harry Kane, while fellow Three Lions star Jude Bellingham wrote: “Congrats brother.”

Attwood shared the same image with the caption: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”

The couple had apparently been together since they were adolescents growing up in Solihull, West Midlands.

Attwood, a model, has worked with brands such as L’Oreal and Pretty Little Thing.

Grealish did not make the final 26-man England roster for Euro 2024.

England boss Gareth Southgate said he was “sad” to leave out Grealish and others, but other players had a better season.
