Klay Thompson’s social media has been a hot topic for the previous 48 hours.
He appears to have unfollowed the Golden State Warriors ahead of his imminent free agency.
NBACentral reported on June 14 that “Klay Thompson has unfollowed the Warriors on Instagram and deleted all Warriors-related content from his page.”
Thompson came to Instagram on Monday, posting a photo and two videos.
In about ten hours, his article received over 432,000 likes and 5,000 comments.
Thompson captioned his image: “A few of my favourite things.”
Thompson’s social media activity will be worth following in the coming weeks.
He is poised to become one of the most exciting free agents in NBA history.
Shams Charania provided an update on his future on Monday’s episode of FanDuel TV’s Run It Back.
Charania: “I’m informed Klay Thompson is open to any external alternatives throughout the next free agency era. He intends to test free agency. We know the Warriors want him back since they offered him an extension before to the start of the season. They’ll see if they can make an arrangement. He will be present in the marketplace. Seeking offers elsewhere. Can Orlando step up? Which club could support Klay Thompson?”That will be the big question.”
