Phil Foden has had the best season of his career, despite Manchester City only winning one trophy when they had the opportunity to complete a second consecutive historic treble.
For the first time in his career, the England striker and Sky Blues academy product has made 53 competitive appearances in one season, 48 of which have been starts. Furthermore, with more playing time, he was able to set his highest scoring season with 27 goals and equal his best assist total with 11.
Unsurprisingly, Gareth Southgate has called him up for England for Euro 2024, where the Three Lions have a star-studded roster and are one of the clear favourites to win the trophy, which will be made much simpler if Phil Foden continues his brilliant form at the tournament in Germany.
