Scholes is selling their marital home after wife Claire fled and stopped wearing her wedding ring.
The seven-bedroom home is located in Saddleworth, Greater Manchester.
The Scholeses even have a gaming area, which includes a pool table.
The magnificent residence has a fully-equipped gym.
Scholes had a putting green created at his home to practise his golf.
Scholes and his family, which includes his three children, have resided in the lavish 13,000-square-foot mansion for 21 years.
The former England player purchased the pad shortly after the 1998 World Cup.
The mansion is touted as one of the “finest homes in Saddleworth” in Greater Manchester, with no less than seven bedrooms.
Scholes’ home, which was completely renovated and refurbished in 2015, also has its own football pitch, home gym, and putting green.
The estate has a netball court, and Alicia, the 18-year-old daughter, is about to make her Manchester Thunder debut, in line with the athletic motif.
Furthermore, the Saddleworth estate includes a separate “executive detached house” set away among the wonderfully landscaped grounds.
The spectacular additions include a steam room, sauna, indoor heated pool, games area, and home cinema.
Nonetheless, the Scholeses look to be abandoning their family home as a result of Paul and Claire’s separation.
The Greater Manchester property is equipped with an indoor, heated swimming pool.

Scholes, who was raised on a council estate that felt miles away from their Saddleworth house, met Claire for the first time in his local tavern when he was eighteen.
Six years later, they tied the knot.
Scholes, who is said to be worth £27 million, routinely posted photos of himself and Claire on Instagram; the most recent image was taken in February.
The former midfielder even claimed that Claire’s compulsive emails caused him to leave his England duty in 2004.
