Curry formerly lived in a comparatively small 7,535-square-foot Atherton estate on 1.18 acres, but has since relocated to a far larger property in the country’s most expensive zip code.

According to Front Office Sports, Curry sold his former property for $31.2 million to billionaire Forrest Li at the end of 2021.
That is $1.2 million higher than the price he paid for his new 17,761-square-foot home in December 2020.
The four-time NBA champion’s present home, also in Atherton, sits on a 1.7-acre tract.It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a movie theatre, a bar, a wine cellar, a swimming pool and a sun deck.
According to the article, the home’s master bedroom features its own fireplace, wet bar and, of course, a marble bathtub.
The property has an unexpectedly big feel, with soaring ceilings and many wide windows throughout that let in plenty of natural light and assist to connect the interior to the lush grounds it sits on.
Curry’s financial acumen when it comes to flipping and benefiting from properties is unsurprising given that he has previously shown to be a successful businessman.Curry, the NBA’s best earner on the court, is also the league’s second-highest earner overall, with an estimated $95.1 million this year.
Curry, who is entering the first year of his new four-year contract worth an estimated $215.3 million, also has a number of business interests, including his content company Unanimous Media, his recently released children’s book I Have a Superpower, and his collaboration with Under Armour.
