However, the team’s reunion at Cibo restaurant on Saturday shows that not all players were forced to stay apart.

De Gea, Fernandes, and another Spanish player for the club, Juan Mata, were seen leaving the restaurant together.

Mata and De Gea could potentially struggle for a starting position this season.
