SCOTT McTOMINAY appears to be still nursing his war wound from the FA Cup final while on holiday.

The Scotland international played 90 minutes in Manchester United’s shock Cup victory against rivals Manchester City on Saturday.

Scott McTominay hobbled off the ground in the closing minutes of the FA Cup final.

The midfielder was pictured in Ibiza only hours after Manchester United’s victory.

McTominay appeared to move gingerly.

McTominay, 27, walked off the ground in added time and was replaced by Mason Mount.

The midfielder is presently on a well-deserved vacation in Ibiza with several of his friends, including former Red Devils player Michael Carrick.

And, worryingly for Scotland fans, he still appears to be treading cautiously.

A video of an uncomfortable-looking McTominay sitting poolside at a posh hotel on the Balearic island went viral.

In the video, the Scot appears to show Carrick that his right leg is still ailing him.

United and Scotland fans reacted quickly, with one posting on X, “They got to Spain from the UK within 24 hours.”

Another person stated, “Wasted no time.”

And another said, “Come in. He can’t be really hurt.”

“It just seems unusual that within 24 hours of winning a cup, they are all off somewhere else.

Scotland boss Steve Clarke will undoubtedly be concerned about McTominay’s fitness after he led the Tartan Army to Euro 2024 with seven goals in ten qualification matches.

It is unknown at this stage if McTominay will participate in Scotland’s warm-up matches against Gibraltar and Finland on Monday and Friday, respectively.
