Grealish, 28, lifted the trophy with his teammates on the pitch, while Kyle Walker poured beer into his mouth.
His boisterous celebrations continued as Manchester City’s players celebrated at a bar until 5 a.m.
But, ahead of hitting the nightlife, Grealish had a nice moment with his sister Hollie.
The England player hugged and kissed her on the cheek while wearing his Premier League winner’s gold.
Hollie captioned the shot on Instagram: “The best.”
Grealish is particularly close to his 20-year-old sibling and has previously referred to her as his “best friend”.
Hollie was born with cerebral palsy, a disorder that impairs mobility and balance.
It was expected that she would be unable to walk or speak after being born three months prematurely.
Nonetheless, she defied the odds and is now capable doing both.
Hollie played for Manchester City when they won the league last season.
Grealish has also previously hosted a special birthday celebration for her, and on her 18th birthday, she always uploads a cute photo of the two of them.
