Mason Mount was spotted practicing with the squad at Carrington on Wednesday, as the club prepared for Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup final against Manchester City at Wembley Stadium.
The 25-year-old has not played since our defeat at Crystal Palace at the start of the month when he made his first start for the Reds since early October.
Mount, who has 19 appearances and one goal in his debut season for United, missed games against Arsenal, Newcastle United, and Brighton & Hove Albion due to what Erik ten Hag characterized as a “minor issue.”
His probable return to action might provide us with a much-needed lift as our injury problems begin to ease, with Raphael Varane joining Bruno Fernandes, Lisandro Martinez, and Marcus Rashford in making comebacks this month.

Victor Lindelof and Anthony Martial were also spotted in our images, and Ten Hag may provide an update on all three Reds when he has his final press conference of the season on Thursday afternoon.
The boss is scheduled to address the media at 16:30 BST, and you can stay up-to-date on everything via our app and ManUtd.com.
Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw, along with Kobbie Mainoo, were named to England’s preliminary squad for the Euros on Tuesday, but the United defenders must race against the clock to be fit for the final.
Last week, the manager stated that Maguire had a ‘good chance’ of being ready to face Pep Guardiola’s team despite missing our last four league games.
Shaw, on the other hand, just had a setback in his recovery from the muscle injury that interrupted his top-flight season in February, and his chances are looking bleaker.
Tyrell Malacia has not played this season, and Diogo Dalot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka have been sharing left-back duties in his absence.
