Grealish, 28, whose love of partying has earned him a cult following among football fans, was all smiles as he exited the party wearing a £2,000 matching Gucci shirt and pants.
Meanwhile, teammate Kevin de Bruyne was observed slumped in the back of a taxi at the conclusion of the night, and one player departed the stadium with a £1,280 bottle of red wine.

However, the celebrations appeared to have exhausted several of the players as they left.
De Bruyne, the creative king, was later photographed putting his head in his hands as he entered a taxi.
And Norwegian goal king Erling Haaland, dressed casually in a City T-shirt and shorts, was seen looking cheerful but a touch shaky as the party came to an end.
The money was undoubtedly spent at the party, since participants were observed departing with pricey drinks.
Goalkeeper Ederson was seen leaving the party with a £1,280 bottle of Tiganello red wine.
Meanwhile, Matheus Nunes was spotted departing with a pal, clutching two £700 golden bottles of Ace of Shades Champagne.
City has one game left in the season, the FA Cup final against fierce rivals Manchester United, next Saturday.
But Pep had plainly given them the green light to party till dawn following their hard-earned league title determined on the last day of the season.

The World Cup winner, Julian Alvarez, wore a lovely blue jacket and trouser pair, but De Bruyne dressed more casually in a white T-shirt and black trouser combo similar to Nathan Ake. John Stones wore a black top and black jeans, while Stefan Ortega opted for a stunning black and white top. Josko Gvardiol was also seen at the party wearing a green top, and adolescent Rico Lewis arrived clad in a black shirt and tattered jeans. Mateo Kovacic arrived with his fiancée dressed in a navy top and beret, Rodri in a black shirt, and Ederson in a T-shirt featuring a custom graphic of his face. Ruben Dias and Sergio Gomez, both defenders, arrived wearing white T-shirts and blue trousers, while Guardiola wore a white shirt with a black jumper over it.
