Long weekend: As the lovebirds stepped out for a beach day with their three children, the 32-year-old cookbook author was the picture of leisure as she soaked up the sun outside her luxurious resort in Mexico on Presidents’ Day.

Ayesha was seen speaking with her spouse as they rested in the afternoon, while he was busy building sandcastles with their three-year-old son Canon.
Family first: At the time, she claimed that she began her fitness quest ‘to be strong and healthy’ for herself and others who ‘rely’ on her.
The 33-year-old Golden State Warriors star attended the event wearing a white tank top with his last name on the back and red board shorts with a pattern.
‘It’s also about the in-between and how everything goes together,’ she remarked.

The NBA star’s spouse revealed parts of her diet and fitness routine in August 2020, after she shed 35 pounds while quarantined for COVID-19.
According to her, she started her fitness journey with the goal of becoming healthy and strong for herself and those who “rely” on her.
After losing 35 pounds, the 31-year-old Canadian stated, “Being healthy isn’t just about what you do in the kitchen or in the gym.”
“It’s also about the transitions and how everything works together.”
Curry (born Alexander) and Fitbit Premium collaborated on July 7, 2020, to provide Fitbit Premium customers recipes as well as four exercise videos covering arms, core, legs, and stretching.
She continued, “Even the kids will get in on the workouts sometimes!” It’s kind of like summer camp with Stephen and I both at home, so we try to keep the kids active.
Get some basic exercise equipment, like resistance bands, a comfortable mat, two- and three-pound weights, and a bench or chair. I don’t require much equipment because I prefer bodyweight exercise, Ayesha explained.
It’s been fantastic riding bikes outside with Stephen, and we try to time our workouts to coincide. Even children will occasionally take part in the workouts! With Stephen and me at home, it’s like summer camp, so we make an effort to keep the kids entertained.
“Stephen and I have been riding bikes outside together, which has been really wonderful, or trying to time our workouts together,’ she added of her routines.
The Family Food Fight host cooks a lot of vegetables and protein for her family, and she ‘drinks 32 ounces of water before noon’ every morning.
“I really try to stick to nourishing, delicious food in moderation, and I’m really into portion control over any kind of diet,” Curry stated.
