What is Rasmus Hojlund better than Erling Haaland at?

Hojlund has received a lot of criticism for a young striker in his rookie season, which has been harsh at times, but after scoring against Newcastle, he now has 15 points in all contributions this season.

With nine coming into the league, he’s laid a solid basis to improve on next season when he’s more settled.

Despite his great performance, he has scored 18 less goals than Haaland, which is not his fault.

According to StatMan Dave on X, Haaland has a chance conversion of 23%, which has been surpassed by Hojlund’s conversion rate of 24%.

This shows that, as many would already know, Hojlund’s major problem is not his finishing, but rather that he isn’t given enough opportunities.

So it is up to Old Trafford’s management to figure out how to provide the team more opportunities in the future.

Hojlund needs assistance to become a great success at Manchester United.
While he’s done well this season, it’s been largely due to scraps, and United must concentrate on refining the attacking framework so that he gets a couple of opportunities per game.

The 21-year-old Dane already has everything he needs to be a fantastic striker for United; all he needs is for his teammates to develop.

With the service Hojlund has received this season, even Harry Kane and the newly linked Ollie Watkins would struggle.

United must improve their ability to get the ball to him in the box, as he has proven to be clinical enough to take his chances.

Hojlund deserves greater service next season, and with Amad on one side and Alejandro Garnacho on the other, he may receive it considerably more frequently than with Marcus Rashford or Antony.
