Andre Onana

His errant pass allowed Jayden Bogle to put Sheffield United ahead. For the second goal, they were thoroughly outmatched. 5

Diogo Dalot

Swapped flanks with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and almost scored in the first 30 seconds. More midfielder than full back at times and lost the ball for the second goal. 6

Casemiro

United possessed the majority of the ball, so he wasn’t too troubled at centre-back. Robust in his duels and worked a reasonable shift. 7

Harry Maguire

One of United’s few in-form players has scored twice in two games. Won the penalty that enabled Bruno Fernandes to equalise. 8

Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Involved in some good link-up play with Antony as they continued their unusual alliance. Much more comfortable at the right back. 6

Christian Eriksen

He had a lot of the ball in his first start since January, but it wasn’t particularly dynamic or game-changing. Predictably, substituted. 5

Kobbie Mainoo

Bright took on a more advanced role, while Eriksen took a back seat. I had a shot saved, but there was an offside in the buildup. Consistently good. 7

Antony

Despite several reasonable openings, there is little finished product. Hooked for Amad in the 56th minute following another innocuous display. When he was removed, several United fans celebrated. 4

Bruno Fernandes

Involved but ineffective in the first half, but equalized from the spot in the second. He scored a terrific goal to put United ahead and is now the season’s leading scorer. 8

Alejandro Garnacho

United should have led 1-0, but the ball was placed too close to Wes Foderingham. Crossed for Maguire to level, then ran relentlessly. 7

Rasmus Hojlund

He took what felt like his first shot in months, but it was another non-event. He worked hard and finally scored his first goal in almost two months. 6

Subs

Amad

One of his quieter efforts from the bench. 5

Scott McTominay

Energized the midfield. 6

Ethan Wheatley

There are 250 academy graduates. 6

Sofia Amrabat

A rare outing. 5

Manager

Picked a predictable XI, and the full-back substitution, with Dalot encouraged to play more centrally, did not go quite as planned, but United were more inventive and came back twice. 6
