Man United captain Bruno Fernandes wears a tracksuit as he walks to a posh restaurant for lunch with wife Ana and friends

Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United’s captain, was photographed spending time with his wife and pals.

The 29-year-old was spotted leaving Juniper Restaurant in Wilmslow, Cheshire, with Ana and another couple on Thursday afternoon.

Bruno Fernandes and wife Ana were joined by another pair for lunch in Wilmslow.

Fernandes was spotted at Juniper Restaurant.

The midfielder and his male companion donned all-black tracksuits, complete with a white T-shirt and grey trainers.

Both partners maintained the ‘twinning’ theme with large white coats and blue pants.

Fernandes will captain Manchester United in their FA Cup semi-final against Coventry this weekend at Wembley Stadium.

The midfielder has been a key contributor for the Red Devils this season.

In 42 games in all competitions, he has 12 goals and nine assists.

Gary Lineker praised him earlier this week for his influence inside the group.

The England legend stated, “He’s a very talented player.” It would be intriguing to see him in a highly structured team that was performing well and successfully.

“He hasn’t had that at Manchester United, and I’m not sure if he is part of that.

Manchester United are LUCKY to be seventh in the table… one particular metric is bad, says Dave Kidd.

The worrying aspect of Manchester United’s season is that they should be lower than seventh in the Premier League.

Even with their current streak of one win in seven league games, United’s results have outperformed their performances.

Erik ten Hag’s team deserved to lose all three of their recent draws against Brentford, Liverpool, and Bournemouth.

On goal difference, United is tenth in the league, with just seven teams scoring fewer than their 47 goals.

And if we believe the ‘anticipated points’ statistic, they would be 15th on the table.

It should come as no surprise if Ten Hag’s side loses the FA Cup semi-final against Championship side Coventry on Sunday.

“He’s a wonderfully gifted footballer, there’s no question about that.”

Fernandes played 120 minutes as United defeated Liverpool 4-3 in a thrilling FA Cup quarterfinal at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils enter Sunday’s game with a number of injury worries.

Raphael Varane, Victor Lindelof, Jonny Evans, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Anthony Martial, and Tyrell Malacia are all scheduled to be absent.

However, Scott McTominay could return after missing last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Bournemouth due to a knee injury.
