The fascinating story of Zinedine Zidane’s legendary golden Predator boots that were revived by Adidas for Liverpool star Mac Allister after the World Cup ᴠιctσɾy

Adidas created a special pair of gold Predator Absolutes boots for Zinedine Zidane to wear at the 2006 World Cup. Up until the 2022 Winter Olympics, Adidas remade the renowned boot. With the addition of the Freak version’s new technologies.

 

The picture of Zinedine Zidane dancing on the field in the golden Predator Absolute during the 2006 World Cup, creating a fresh start for a new generation of French football players, will always hold a special place in the hearts of his devoted supporters. The 2006 Zidane design serves as the sole inspiration for the brand-new Adidas Predator Absolutes Remake. The refurbished “ZZ” Pack of Adidas Predator Absolutes Zidane 2006–2022 is a faithful re-creation of the original footwear from sixteen years ago. Adidas has re-released this model twice in recent years; the 2020 edition will come in the Cloud White/Black/Metallic Yellow hue.

Following Liverpool’s 2022 World Cup victory, British artist David Dawson designed a unique pair of Adidas Predator Zidane footwear specifically for Alexis MacAllister.

Mac Allister’s unique footwear is inspired by gold reproductions of the Adidas Predator Absolute Zidane. The Argentine flag is represented by the two blue lines. Three stars are assigned to the heel to win the 2022 World Cup. Adidas insignia in the color of Argentina are also available to be applied to the tongue.

The same technology of the original Adidas Predator Mac Allister gold Argentina football boots is used in these handcrafted footwear.

Mac Allister doesn’t seem to want to display his gold Adidas Predator soccer boots. Although he typically dons the more traditional Adidas X Speedflow, he wore the Adidas Copa Pure during his most recent game.
