Model Winnie Harlow purchased a million-dollar property in Los Angeles to enjoy a luxury lifestyle

Even though Winnie Harlow purchased her opulent Los Angeles home over a year ago and celebrated with an Instagram post that earned hundreds of thousands of likes, it is still worth addressing. Perhaps it is unexpected that one of the world’s most sought-after fashion models resides in Tarzana, a suburban area in the San Fernando Valley, rather than Hollywood or Beverly Hills.

Harlow’s $3.3 million purchase of her first Tarzana property highlights the neighborhood’s revitalization. Harlow’s new home, built to specifications by a local developer, is about 5,000 square feet. The property is pretty level and features a spacious backyard with covered terraces, a grilling center, a fire pit, and a saltwater pool with a waterfall. Harlow may construct a sports court and a small guesthouse in the property’s expansive, green backyard.

The modern farmhouse-style home features a two-car garage and a front door that leads to a living room with clerestory windows and a fireplace. European wood flooring links the open dining area to a chef’s kitchen outfitted with stainless steel Thermador appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast alcove.

The kitchen-adjacent family area has a linear stone fireplace, a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, and a temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellar. For peace of mind, the entire property has security cameras, smart-home technologies, and surround sound.

The main floor includes five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a powder room. The upstairs master suite features a balcony that overlooks the backyard, a stone shower, and two wardrobes with wall-to-wall built-ins.

Tyra Banks discovered Canadian Harlow, who participated in the twenty-first season of “America’s Next Top Model”. With more than 10 million Instagram followers, the 27-year-old is a global social media influencer. She has modeled for Fendi, Nike, Swarovski, Marc Jacobs, and Steve Madden on the runway and in print campaigns. She has also been on the cover of Vogue and in music videos by Beyonce and Eminem.
