Jurgen Klopp leaves a ‘really disappointing’ question during an interview with Norwegian TV after Man United’s defeat

After Liverpool’s 4-3 loss to Manchester United, Jurgen Klopp left an interview with Norwegian TV channel V Sport after being asked a “really disappointing” question.

On Sunday, Erik ten Hag’s United team won dramatically in the last minute to advance to the FA Cup semi-finals, where they will face Coventry City.

At full time, Jurgen Klopp was devastated by what he saw on the Old Trafford touchline. When Harvey Elliott scored in the 105th minute to give them a 3-2 lead, it appeared like they had done enough.

However, late goals from Diallo and Marcus Rashford sealed one of the most exciting FA Cup matches in recent memory.

Even though the post-match interview didn’t exactly go as planned, a visibly irritated Klopp spoke to Norwegian TV channel V Sport 1 after the final whistle in Manchester.

The reporter questioned, as can be seen above: “Typically, your game is all about energy. Why then did it become so challenging during the additional time?”

After responding that it was a “dumb” question, Klopp launched on a digression regarding the games that were played.

The reporter then tries to ask another question after an awkward few seconds, but the Liverpool manager cuts her off with, “C’mon, you are obviously not in great shape.”

Before anyone in the studio could react to his abrupt exit, he turned to leave.

One said: “That’s just embarrassing,” while another commented: “Seriously, there is no need to humiliate the interviewer.”

A third wrote: “Take some accountability for once. His stubbornness is what cost them the game. He literally threw it away.”

A fifth added: “This is pretty disrespectful and not needed at all.”
