The last thing you want to think about when you’re leading the Premier League, ahead of Manchester United and Arsenal, is a red shirt.
Not Erling Haaland, though.

The Manchester City striker is an incredible goal scorer, but fans have also noted that he loves to eat carrots, often dangling them from his mouth while signing autographs.
In Wednesday’s 3-1 victory over Arsenal, Haaland completed City’s comeback to the top of the table with a fantastic finish.
Off the pitch, he’s also a gold-carrot performer.
It seems the £51 million Norwegian has an abundance of vitamin A due to his talent for the nutritious snack.
The 22-year-old was photographed writing his name for fans on the windscreen of his automobile while holding a carrot in his mouth.
Additionally, he is seen driving off in another photo with one hand on the wheel and the other holding a half-eaten carrot.
As one fan put it, “I want to be to Erling Haaland what carrots are to him.”
“Perhaps the trick is to eat whole carrots to become Haaland,” wondered someone else.
The former Dortmund star’s amazing diet plan, which is optimised for maximum strength and athleticism, goes far beyond the orange sticks.

His international teammate Josh King has made some incredible claims after learning that he consumes 6,000 calories a day.
The frontman for Fenerbahce, formerly of Watford and Everton, once remarked that Haaland “eats like a bear”.
King stated on “The Cycling GK” podcast with Ben Foster, “He’s just a freak.” He consumes more food than I have ever seen.
Haaland has acknowledged that he also purchases steak hearts and liver portions from nearby butchers.
He stated in the documentary “Haaland: The big decision” that “I am concerned with taking care of my body, even though you (other people) don’t eat this.”
“I believe the most crucial thing is to eat high-quality, locally sourced food as much as possible.
Meat is said to be unhealthy, but for what reasons? The beef that McDonald’s sells?
Or that nearby cow that’s munching on grass? I consume the liver and the heart.
It might not sound very appetising when you consider his shenanigans with the veggie.
However, he’s in incredible shape and has impressive stats, so maybe the carrot-and-stick method is more effective for him.
