MANCHESTER UNITED and The Stone Roses have collaborated on a limited edition kit and clothing range.
The clothing are inspired by The Stone Roses’ album artwork.
The package includes a special kit using the paint splattered pattern from The Stone Roses’ debut album cover.
According to the announcement of the cooperation, the products are intended to represent the 1980s ‘Madchester’ era.
Manchester United players sported the clothing, including Mainoo, 18, who wore a bucket hat and tracksuit top. Kobbie Mainoo starred in a bucket hat. The collection was praised as “dope” and “cool” by fans. Mainoo, recognised for his exquisite style both on and off the pitch, wonderfully captured the essence of the Stone Roses in the promotional photographs.
The outfit has a unique design that honours the band’s influential music and Manchester background. Mainoo’s cooperation with Adidas demonstrates his flexibility and influence not only as a football player, but also as a fashion icon, leaving fans excited to see what he does next. The Stone Roses were created in Manchester in 1983 by vocalist Ian Brown, guitarist John Squire, bassist Gary ‘Mani’ Mounfield, and drummer Alan John ‘Reni’ Wren.
