The 25-year-old Canadian athlete announced on Instagram Sunday that he and his partner Hailey Sommers are expecting their first child.
In a photo released online, the NBA player closed his eyes and grinned heartily as he embraced Sommers’ developing baby bump. The expectant woman flaunted her increasing tummy for the camera, wearing black leggings and a long-sleeved crop top and smiling.

Chet Holmgren, a fellow basketball player, replied with “2 2.0?.” The athlete Nerlens Noel posted the following message: “Yessa Shai Dai!??.” According to ClυtchPoints, the couple has been together for six years and is currently expecting a child. Simmer is just as gifted an athlete as Gilgeous-Alexander.
In an Instagram photo, she acknowledges being a member of the University of Albany soccer team.
