It’s a long way from his Liverpool childhood home.
Steven Gerrard lives in a brand-new home with a theater, a waterfall, and a swimming pool in a gated community in Beverly Hills. This large six-bedroom home is a testament to the star’s success.
Along with his 32-year-old wife, Alex, and their three kids, Lilly-Ella, 11, Lexie, 9, and Lourdes, 3, the 35-year-old father of three just relocated to Los Angeles.
Gerrard grew up in a twelve thousand square foot mansion on Blubell Estate that was originally bought for £18 million. The home is currently worth £77,000.
Even though he gave up his paycheck to go with LA Galaxy, the celebrity is able to pay the £35,000 rent each month.
According to reports, Liverpool pays him £140,000 a week, while he receives £76,000 from his contract.
Jane Fonda, seventy-seven, is a neighbor of Frank Sinatra, who once lived in his new neighborhood just yards from where Elvis Presley once called home.
Steven Gerrard moved into a six-bedroom home in the posh Beverly Hills neighborhood after joining LA Galaxy.
“House hunting has been really hard,” said Mrs. Gerrard, who spent entire year trying to find a property in the area. The homes are breathtakingly gorgeous. If only I could pick one that didn’t appeal to me. As you go in, you’ll immediately think, “Wow, this is great.”
The spacious kitchen of the mansion has enough room and conveniences to accommodate the Liverpool captain, his spouse, and their three kids.
Gerrard played more than 500 games and 17 years for Liverpool before leaving the team in January. After that, he joined Galaxy as a member.
