Trae Young and his wife Shelby Miller have welcomed their second child.
Shelby gave birth to a baby girl on Monday afternoon, according to the Atlanta Hawks star.
The 25-year-old posted a sweet snapshot of their son Tydus Reign kissing the newest member of their young family on Instagram.
Trae also shared a photo of himself spending time alone with young Teal Dove, as well as a photo of the entire family in hospital.
He captioned the post, “Mama brought you into this world! Now, Tydus and Dada will forever defend you in this world… “Teal Dove Young.”
The Hawks then tweeted, “Congratulations to Trae & Shelby on the birth of their daughter, Teal!”.
Fans were quick to offer their congrats, with one remarking on Instagram: “Welcome to the world, Little one.”
Another said, “Congrats, superstars.”
A third said, “Such a beautiful little family.”
Trae and Shelby met while attending the University of Oklahoma.
The Sooners basketball star and cheerleader began dating in 2017.
Trae was picked fifth overall by the Dallas Mavericks in 2018, before being traded to the Hawks.
He had an immediate impact, earning an NBA All-Rookie First-Team spot in 2019 and becoming an All-Star in 2020 and 2022.
Shelby, 28, finished a year later with a degree in media and communication.
They welcomed Tydus in June 2022 and married in July 2023.
Their spectacular wedding was held in the Bahamas at the Ocean Club on Parade Island.
The spectacular outdoor ceremony was followed by pyrotechnics and a performance by rapper Quavo.
Following the lovely day, Trae posted a series of photos on Instagram, captioned “What a surreal day with an unbelievable bride.”
