Former teammate Beau Allen of Jason Kelce remembers “carrying him” home following their inebriated first meeting with Kylie, his wife.

Beau Allen, a former teammate of Jason Kelce, is recalling the NFL star’s inebriated first meeting with Kylie Kelce, who is now his wife.

From 2014 until 2017, Allen, 31, and Jason, 35, were teammates on the Philadelphia Eagles. Allen was one of the guys who witnessed the now-famous initial encounter between Kylie, 31, and Jason.

Jason and Kylie discuss how they met on Tinder and how Jason passed out at the pub on their first date in the Kelce documentary on Prime Video.

In an interview with former defensive tackle Nate Collins on his new podcast, Fax and The King, Allen claimed he felt “actually privileged to be part of” their love story.

Before their meeting, Allen remembered Jason being “really excited about her” and “talking about her in the cafeteria”. According to Allen, Jason even came up with “different lines and stuff he’s going to say to her.”

The couple’s first meeting, according to the former Eagles player, happened at Buffalo Billiards, a “legendary bar,” following the NFL team’s holiday party. “This is a big deal for the Eagles,” Allen said.

Allen remembered, “I’m not even going to lie to you— we were busted up.” “I’ll never forget we pre-gamed this party and we [went] to the holiday [party] and I’m kind of thinking to myself I’ve got to keep an eye on these dudes because I don’t really know how this s—‘s going to go.”

After Jason “fell asleep on the bar” that night, Allen recalled understanding “We need to get him the f— out of here because he’s in bad shape.”

Allen added during the episode that he had “to fire-man carry him home” after the teammates left Buffalo Billiards that evening, saying it was “maybe half a mile.”

“Throughout it, he kept f–ing with me. He was a total dead weight, thus it was tiring for me to carry him. It is akin to actually toting a dead body. However, he would sporadically return to life, writhe around, and attempt to persuade me to let off of him,” Allen recalled, adding that Kylie had apparently “truly swept him off his feet” that evening.

Even though things didn’t go well after their initial encounter, Kylie told Kelce that Jason called her the next day and begged to meet up. According to Kylie, “He performed much better that time,” in the documentary.
