Tom Brady’s new Creek Island mansion is nearly finished, nearly three years after he purchased the parcel of land with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. Brady, who announced his retirement from football in February, has been busy building himself a new bachelor pad in Miami, which is expected to cost around $11.5 million.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback purchased the area for $17 million with Bundchen, the Brazilian beauty he divorced after 13 years of marriage in October 2022.
And, based on newly published construction images, Brady’s Miami bachelor home is not far from completion.
The mansion’s landscape is taking shape, with palm palms and a large lawn already in place, as well as a waterfront swimming pool.
