After visiting the oasis city of AlUla, Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo was astounded by Saudi Arabia’s natural heritage and was unable to contain his emotions.

The five-time Golden Ball winner has made an impression on the pitch and has emerged as the face of the Saudi Pro League since joining Al Nassr in January 2023. When the Portuguese celebrity and his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez recently traveled to the oasis city of AlUla in the Saudi Arabian province of Medina, the name Ronaldo was also brought up a lot. With 614 million followers on Instagram, the 38-year-old striker posted images of some of the places he’s been fortunate enough to visit. Ronaldo acknowledged, nevertheless, that he was enthralled with AlUla’s significance both historically and environmentally.

CR7 said in the caption of the image, “Stunned by the extraordinary natural and human heritage of AlUla in Saudi Arabia.” This celebrity also posted pictures of places he has traveled to to promote Saudi Arabia’s heritage and culture. Ronaldo posted on social media, “Indulge in history and cuisine at @tatel.riyadh in @bujairiterrace with breathtaking views of #at_turaif @visitdiriyah.” 

In honor of Saudi Arabia’s National Day, Cristiano Ronaldo also made an appearance in the video film featuring Al Nassr Club dressed traditionally. Ronaldo and his colleagues danced to traditional folk music as a show of unity. Al Nassr’s official account shared this video along with the message, “Homeland of the citizens and of the world.”
